Research & Technical Architecture: I analyzed the pain points of manual document processing and designed a comprehensive tech stack using React 18, TypeScript, and Supabase for scalable development.
The architecture includes AI processing pipelines with OpenAI integration and robust user management.
Feature Development: Built core functionality including AI-powered document extraction, professional invoice generation, client management with guest access, and financial analytics. Implemented multi-currency support with automatic conversion and quarter export functionality for tax compliance.
User Experience Design: Created an intuitive interface using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components, ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility. Developed a comprehensive design system with consistent interactions and clear visual feedback for processing states.
Security & Compliance: Implemented Row Level Security (RLS) for data isolation, guest user permissions for stakeholder access, and VAT compliance features. Built comprehensive error handling and validation throughout the application.
Integration & Automation: Developed WhatsApp bot integration for receipt processing, MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for enhanced AI capabilities, and automated email delivery for document exports. Created seamless workflows from document upload to professional invoice generation.
